In the ninth week match scheduled at home, Skattebo could miss his first start.
The Giants have adjusted their roster with Malik Nabers making full progress on his knee and Jalin Hyatt acquired as a free agent.
Charlie Jones also remains uncertain for this clash.
Phil Mafah and Dawuane Smoot were activated from the practice squad, strengthening the offensive group.
Jake Haener continues on the exceptional practice squad initiated by the technical directors.
A tight schedule awaits the Giants before this crucial meeting against the Eagles.
