A single ticket won the $847 million Powerball jackpot in the nightly drawing the previous Wednesday.
The ticket was redeemed at the Wegmans Food Market located at 100 Farm View in Montvale, Bergen County.

This victory marks the ninth largest jackpot win ever recorded in the United States.
The organizers confirmed the win in an official press release released Thursday morning.
The store will receive a check bonus of $30,000 as a reward for its sale.
