The Intervention Brigade of the Bon-Repos sub-police station carried out this Saturday, August 13, 2022, the arrest of the person named Sainca Jean Franck alias “Ti-Rasta” in Rosembert, a locality in Bon Repos.
He is suspected of involvement in the homicide of Daphnée Joseph, the wife of Doctor Ecclesiaste Noël, perpetrated on the night of July 25 to 26, 2022 in Rosembert.
This arrest follows the death of “Papito” as he was known, mortally wounded this week during exchanges of fire with the Police. He was also accused of having participated in this villainous crime orchestrated by the gang headed by the name Patrick, alias “Patchouko”, who is actively sought by the Haitian National Police.
This gang is accused of kidnapping, truck hijacking and criminal conspiracy.
