The public health system of the Basque Country, Osakidetza, is moving forward in consolidating its medical teams with the publication of key dates for new agents to take up their duties. This procedure, resulting from public job offers (OPE) from 2020 to 2022, concerns in particular nurses and several categories of doctors, whose appointments were recently finalized.
According to available information, the recruited nurses will have to take up their position between March 25 and April 24, 2026. This period has been adjusted following technical corrections, as indicated by the sector's unions. At the same time, for certain medical categories, the deadline is slightly shorter, extending from March 16 to 23, 2026.
