The Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Madrid has rejected the request of UEFA and the professional football league against Madrid's Manuel Ruiz, the judge in charge of the Football Super League case.
The prosecution recalls that the grounds for maintaining that a judge has a direct or indirect interest in a case, a ground which would give rise to the acceptance of the challenge, are clearly provided for by law.
