The Government Commissioner of the City of Les Cayes, Me Robald Ruchemond, is transferred to the jurisdiction of Port-au-Prince, replacing Me Jacques Lafontant.

In a correspondence addressed to the Secretary General of the Superior Council of the Judicial Police (CSPJ), Me Jean Robert Constant, on November 11, 2022, the Minister of Justice and Public Security, Berto Dorcé appoints the commissioner of the Jurisdiction of Les Cayes Ronald Richemond as the new Government Commissioner in the Jurisdiction of Port-au-Prince.

Me Ronald Richemond is no longer the head of the Les Cayes public prosecutor's office, he is replaced in this position by Me Jacques Lafontant, dismissed by the Minister of Public Security, Me Berto Dorcé.
