Haiti – Administrative Police: Frantz Mathurin Becomes Central Director

The Administrative Police is preparing for a new era with the appointment of Mr. Frantz Mathurin as Central Director. A meaningful installation ceremony was held on August 25, 2023, presided over by Inspector General Jean Yonel Trécil under the auspices of the Acting Director General of the PNH, Frantz Elbé.

Mr. Frantz Mathurin takes over after an approximately one-year term of Inspector General Alain Auguste. His appointment aligns with the strategic vision of the PNH Commander-in-Chief, Mr. Frantz Elbé, to revitalize the police institution and intensify the fight against major criminal activities.
