Amos ZÉPHIRIN, recently embezzled 114Million (114,000,000) Gourdes which were to be used to finance a propaganda campaign for the referendum that President Jovenel MOÏSE had desired.
Today, a source close to the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities admitted that Amos ZÉPHIRIN never set foot in the Ministry of the Interior, because he rented a room to spend the night and another to set up his office at the Hotel Montana.
Despite the level of insecurity, hunger, etc., large sums of money are being wasted.
