In a press conference under the direction of the Sociopolitical Organization “Integrated Group for the Development of Haiti (GIDHA)” this Wednesday, December 15, 2021, several points were discussed: In particular the kidnapping, insecurity, et the increase in fuel prices a Haitian
In his intervention, one of the managers of GIDHA, M. Philder Francky was very touched by the tragedy that occurred on the night of December 15 in Cap-Haïtien which caused the death of more than 60 people, he sent his sympathies to the families of the victims.
In addition, the national coordinator of GIDHA criticizes the behavior of certain Haitian political actors who are currently forming a united front with the government to push the population a little further into a more complicated socio-economic situation. Moreover, in the past, these actors of the political opposition were against the desires of President Jovenel Moïse to increase the price of fuel, yet as they came to power, they suddenly forgot the difficult situation in which these people, victims of all evils, including kidnapping, find themselves.
Therefore, on Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 December 2021, two days of strike are launched with a view to forcing the government to withdraw its decision antipeuple, et d’agir en toute urgence pour freiner l’insécurité générale dans le pays; a fait savoir le coordonnateur national M. Francky Philder.
