The Administrative Police is preparing for a new era with the entry into office of Mr. Frantz Mathurin as Central Director. A significant installation ceremony was held on August 25, 2023, chaired by Inspector General Jean Yonel Trécil under the auspices of the Acting Director General of the PNH, Frantz Elbé.
Mr. Frantz Mathurin takes over after a mandate of approximately one year from Inspector General Alain Auguste. His appointment is aligned with the strategic vision of the Commander-in-Chief of the PNH, Mr. Frantz Elbé, to revitalize the police institution and intensify the fight against organized crime.
